Charlotte Radford
Charlotte Radford is Global Head of Carbon Pricing at Platts, part of S&P Global Energy, leading the team focusing on verified and regulated carbon markets, as well as their intersection with established commodity sectors. She joined Platts' market engagement team in 2021 with a focus on energy transition, before leading methodology development across a suite of emerging benchmarks, including biofuels and agricultural commodities. Charlotte previously held various price reporting and editorial management roles in metals and battery materials including cobalt and lithium, both of which are critical to global electrification and decarbonization goals. Charlotte holds a BA in History from University College London.

Aishwarya Gogoi
Aishwarya Gogoi serves as the Research Manager for Carbon at LSEG Commodities Research. She manages the research team responsible for environmental markets in North America and global voluntary carbon markets, focusing on developing research content and analytics for LSEG products. Aishwarya is involved in market supply and demand analysis, price forecasting, and providing support to customers interpreting data from LSEG D&A. She joined LSEG in 2019 and transitioned from her role of Senior Refined Products Analyst in LSEG Oil Research & Forecasts in Americas. Her energy market knowledge comes from her extensive experience in the oil and gas industry prior to LSEG. Aishwarya holds a B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering from PDEU, India and MSc in Petroleum Engineering from University of Houston.

Yerlan Aubakirov leads the global compliance carbon markets team at S&P Global Energy. His team delivers regular analysis of demand, supply, and pricing across major established markets, including the EU, UK, Australia, RGGI, California Cap-and-Invest and LCFS, and Canada CFR. The team also produces research on emerging carbon markets and develops long-term carbon price scenarios across four distinct pathways that cover most global jurisdictions. Yerlan has more than 20 years of professional experience, including approximately 13 years in commodity research and a prior decade with Big Four accounting firms. He holds a Chartered Director (CDir) designation from the Directors College of Canada and is a Certified Professional in Investor Relations (CPIR) with the Canadian Investor Relations Institute. Yerlan earned a Master's in Management from the University of York (UK), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University (USA), and a Bachelor of Economics from Kazakh-American University (Kazakhstan).
