Ding Li Ang
Director, Asia-Pacific Head of Costs and Supply Chains, S&P Global Energy

Ding Li Ang leads the S&P Global Commodity Insights Costs and Supply Chain group in the Asia Pacific. Ang also leads the Engineering and Fabrication, and Offshore Wind capabilities worldwide, primary focusing on the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of energy production facilities.
In the research space, Ang specializes in offshore EPC. He has supported energy companies in assessing offshore shipyard capability, identifying related supply chain risks as well as consulting on project execution and supply chain strategies for offshore EPC projects. In addition, Ang has also served on the expert panels of governments’ offshore and marine industry policy review exercises and contributed at the business strategy meetings of offshore and marine companies.
Prior to joining S&P Global in 2010, Ang was first an investment analyst for natural resource development projects and then a petroleum economist. Ang is based in Singapore. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, a master’s degree in economics, and a diploma in marine engineering.

Jessica Goh
Senior Principal Analyst, Lead Offshore EPC, S&P Global Energy

Jessica Goh, principal research analyst, is responsible for the S&P Global Cost and Supply Chain Engineering and Fabrication capability.
Ms. Goh is responsible for the team’s research in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of energy production facilities. She has supported oil and gas companies on their market intelligence requirements, contracting and project execution strategy for their offshore EPC projects worldwide. Ms. Goh is also the lead analyst for the Asia Pacific regional industry and cost trends reports as well as a regular contributor to the offshore wind reports.
Prior to S&P Global, Ms. Goh was a business manager with a manufacturing company in the electronics industry. Earlier in her career, she held responsibilities as product engineer and project manager for various manufacturing and civil construction projects.
Ms. Goh is based in Singapore. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, a diploma in Electrical Engineering and a specialist diploma in Data Science (Predictive Analytics).

Samuel Ng
Research Analyst, Offshore EPC, S&P Global Energy

Samuel Ng is a Research Analyst with the Costs and Supply Chain team at S&P Global, based in Singapore. He is responsible for the FPSO and offshore wind market segments.
Prior to joining S&P Global, Ng was a consultant at KPMG Singapore's Risk Advisory practice, where he developed machine learning enterprise solutions for financial institutions.
Ng holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (Hons.) with Minor in Digitalisation and Data Analytics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Teo Yun Yun
Principal Analyst, offshore Drilling Rigs, Asia-Pacific, S&P Global Energy

Yun Yun has been tracking offshore drilling rigs since 2006. She is based in Singapore and gathers data on the Asia-Pacific rig market by speaking regularly to shipyards, rig contractors, offshore service providers, financials and oil & gas operators in the region and beyond.
The team collects real-time updates on a fleet of over 200 drilling jackups, semisubmersibles, drillships and tender-assist rigs in Asia-Pacific. Aside from keeping on top of rig moves and supporting customers with accurate market intelligence, she has also been invited to speak at industry seminars, conducted webinars for clients, contributed to magazines and given interviews on the rig market.
Yun Yun has a bachelors of arts degree from the National University of Singapore. She started off as a journalist and for over a decade covered news ranging from education, sports, local politics to the economy as a reporter and later sub-editor. In her own time, she has also written the peer-reviewed article titled "Target Malacca Straits: Maritime Terrorism in Southeast Asia", that was published in the journal, Studies in Conflict & Terrorism.

Tony Loy is a research analyst with Costs and Supply Chain team at S&P Global, based in Singapore. He specializes in tracking and analyzing construction vessel activity for offshore wind farms and oil and gas projects across the Asia Pacific and Far East regions. He delivers actionable market intelligence and industry insights by monitoring key assets such as wind turbine installation and heavy lift crane vessels, and keeps close tabs on industry trends to support business operations.
Since joining the S&P Global in 2018, Tony has leveraged over 20 years of commercial expertise in the offshore and marine sector, involving business development functions for Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
